Well, I survived hangover. It was not the worst I ever have (not even close to), but it was office Christmas party and I slept about 4 hours before going back to work, so I was pretty burned all day. Today's already feeling better.
I am going out for lunch today, and my husband want me to cook lasagna tonight, so I'll try to manage everything without going over.
Here are today's goals:
1) Log accurately what I can log.
2) Study restaurant's menu and choose wisely before going out.
3) Avoid chips and alcohol at office happy hour.
4) Workout after dinner (aerobics, 40 minutes).
And for this weekend
1) Don't go overboard with all the dinner parties.
2) Avoid alcohol.
3) Exercise saturday and sunday.
And I need to plan my Christmas cooking and baking before our Christmas eve party.

I fell off the wagon right after Thanksgiving. Not logging in my food, not drinking my water and exercising so I shouldn't be upset for the weight again. My goal is get back to
1. Logging in all food
2. Drinking water and limited diet drinks
3. Exercise for 30 minute each day
I hope to loose three pounds by the New Year0
