Switching to Maintenance Now

I hit my goal 30days early, 215lbs. Lost over 12% of body mass pretty quickly and I think maintaining for a couple of weeks could be good for me. Also I won't really have access to my regular scale in the coming Xmas period. 2015's going to be more about focusing on my strength and conditioning gains, and do the last few pounds during that. Overall lost nearly 100lbs since we began cooking whole food plant based at home and exercising.

The challenge was great motivation, really glad I participated, thanks to the arrangers. I'm not leaving though, just now my 30lb goal is passed I'm going to balance exercise and calories to maintain for a bit.

    Congrats...hope to be with you soon...still have a bit to go; but hope to switch gears after the first quarter of next year and also focus more on strength & conditioning gains. Again -- awesome job my friend.
