If you click the URL option on a site you just add the brackets like the example below.
img's always need to be lower case, so if you find something you'd like to use and it's upper case just change it up before posting.
Just before the URL ~~> [ img]
Just after the URL [/img ]
The main thing to is close the space on the brackets and your smileys will show up (the reason I'm showing you with the space is so it'll show up to you now)

You're welcome Ladies! It's always fun to color up the group and find new lil ones to make us smile. Looks like everyone's got it now! As time permits and I one day actually switch over to my new computer (deep sigh) I'll share a bigger list of sites.
