I don't know what the abbreviations (GW CW, etc) stand for....SO, I'll just introduce myself. My name is Jill. My current weight is 147. My goal is to get to 115 ...so need to lose 32 pounds (if my math is correct). I am trying low carb (with Atkins Frozen meal once a day)...and salad, plus a little fruit for the rest of the day.
148. The excess weight is causing severe acid reflux. I'm short (5' 1") so extra pounds end up all around my middle.
I also want to start exercises. Need discipline to achieve my goals. Can I lose 32 pounds in 100 days? That's 2 or 2.5 pounds a week...so do-able....But right now, I'm stuck at 147...go up a couple pounds and then back down....crazy hard....
I hope I can support you all in reaching your goals...and be accountable to you in reaching my own goals.

Thanks Melissa....SW=147, CW=147, GW = 115....On day 2! Already over my fat limit for the day and only had one meal...crrrazy. One pat of butter threw me over. Will have to find a low fat alternative...0
