Good morning everyone!!!!!
3 days away from the 90% milestone... I still can't believe how time flies. This group really helped me stay focused during fall/ winter.
So far my plan is working great: I haven't shopped for holiday groceries yet, therefore I can't be tempted to bake and eat. Pushing holiday baking for as long as possible is a good move as long as I accept that next week will be crazy busy:)
Yesterday was very good, got a nice NSV when I completed the intermediate level in the yoga class and calories were well within limits.
For today, I really must start carrying my phone with me all the time. When I don't do that, at the end of the day, I only show about 300 steps...
So here is to staying the corse and doing our best for the next 3 days!

    Hey everyone,
    still staying within my calories :smile: On Christmas eve we'll be going to the in-laws for a week and cooking will be out of my hands. I am a little scared about the influence on my weight and will be working out with my DVDs. I already started baking cookies and keep the snacking at bay :) I found a delicious gingerbread cookie recipe if you're interested http://www.skinnytaste.com/2014/12/gingerbread-christmas-tree-cookies-and.html

    It's really good and came in even lower in calories because my serving size was smaller. Per cookie with icing around 35 kcals.

    Had a good day yesterday. Didn't hit my steps (8500 out of 10,000), but was standing most of the day, so I didn't stress about it. I also did my baking and was able to fit two cookies into my calories for the day.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. P90X: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X
