How is everyone doing? I have noticed postings have slowed down but I hope everyone is still trying to stay on track. I know it is hard, we are all so busy this time of year. Stick with it and if you have stalled over the holidays and still need to drop a few remember starting Jan. 1st we will have a new challenge of dropping 20 by Easter and I would love to see you join and continue your journey!
