I believe fanny is an American term for the British term, bum. Am I right LIN? Therefore a fanny pack is a Back pack that sits on the bum. All very complicated at 6:56am!

(A fanny pack is a clothing accessory that you wear around your waist and holds things you must have with you—keys, wallet, tissues, etc. Some are quite small, other large. Some people have the container side in front other in back, on their fanny,)
