Sandy, Clotted cream is a Cornish specialty and basically it’s unpasteurised, thick and full of calories! A few years ago we used to buy it direct from dairy farmers who would sell from their farmhouse kitchens but I’m guessing rules and regulations tightened so it’s mass produced in factories and tastes nothing like the real thing!
