Jingle bells are ringing!!!!
Time to let the scale measure the force we push the ground with.
I am at the 90% rate so it will be a battle till the end:) Congratulations to all of us and especially to the graduates!!!
Rock this day!!!!!!

So great to see so many doing so well. It's also interesting to see on the spreadsheet how many people started and quit before the first 30 or 60 day mark -- all the more kudos to those that stuck it out...the amount of loss doesn't matter as much as the conviction not to quit...imho of course...0

Wooo, just logged in and I hit the 100%!! Happy dance! Now the hard part will be the next 10 days. But stay focused, keep logging and stay active. Have a great Sunday all.0

Congratulations to all of you who are on point and who have graduated. Such an amazing accomplishment and I admire you ALL. I; unfortunately, have reported a gain. These holidays and being sick seem to be hitting me hard. The good news is that even though the scale is saying otherwise, I am losing inches (lots of them). Happy Holidays to everyone here!0

There are more benchmarks than the scales, inches are a huge signs of success! And sticking with it, as NikonPal says, there are many people who dropped out so quickly. This is a lifetime journey so every day you log in its a win!0

I will log in tomorrow, totally forgot today ... Grats to everyone for their success0

BTW, how many "active" group members are left? Does anyone now?0

We can count ourselves in the spreadsheet. By tomorrow we will see just how many of us wrote down weight at 90 days.
Annangelich, way to go with the inches!!!! I will take 1 inch loss over 2 lb on the scale any day !!!!!0 -

I'm right there with you. I set a goal for this challenge that I should have been able to meet. But my body decided to lose inches instead of weight this past 100 days (I've lost about 10 lbs, but should have lost more). I'm very happy with losing inches, but it can be frustrating to not see progress on the scale.
Just keep on keeping on and everything will catch up with you. I promise.0
