Hope everyone had a great weekend. My hope of eating good went out the window with my friends annual sunday before christmas brunch. I overloaded on carbs and sancks and drank way to much Glühwein. But it was so good. I love these get togethers. Anyway todays a new day.
goals:
1. stay under calories
2. stay away from to much junk food (already had a tuffle for breakfast)
3. finish last minute christmas shopping

1) Log accurately and follow my eating plan (I slipped a little at lunch, but everything will be balanced out by my workout)
2) Exercise 40 to 45 minutes tonight (mostly aerobics)
3) Run the last errands before Christmas. I don't want to be in stores tomorrow!0
