The two go hand in hand. Mental/spiritual fitness and physical fitness are on completely equal planes when it comes to overall health. Humans were built to move and be active and it's hard wired in our DNA--our humble ancestors during the dino years would never survive if they couldn't run to catch their food. Deep down inside all of us is still that urgency that comes along with survival. Don't believe that skipping a day at the gym is nothing or that giving into temptations and bad habits will do no harm. It's a matter of life and death! So go out there and have a sense of urgency because everyday may be a blessing but everyday is never a promise.
