starving

I am almost 31 weeks and have done very well so far. No binge eating and only up 20 lbs. Well, everything has changed the last day or so... now I am starving!!! I do not want to gain any more than essential baby weight. My strategy tonight is to keep drinking water and hope it's just because I'm so thirsty. What do you use to curb the intense feelings of starvation in your pregnancy when you've already maxed out your calories?
I was thinking maybe a big glass of whole milk might help too... but i'm not sure. I think it'd take at least 2 glasses and that's 300 calories as it is!

Greek yogurt. The protein will help you feel full and it's low calorie. I get the Dannon Light & Fit, which is only 80 calories.0

I agree with the greek yogourt.
Also, I felt the same for a few days about 1 month ago. I was STARVING all the time. But it only lasted 2-3 days so I ate a little more and for some reason my appetite went back to normal after. Not sure why this happens though. GL!0 -

I get that sometimes too. I think it's due to baby's growth spurts.

Must be! I'm back to feeling normal again... now I feel bad for not eating when I probably needed to lol. I was trying all kinds of low calorie options like grapes, applesauce, regular yogurt. .. I felt like I needed something more substantial to feel full but I just ignored it and kept myself busy. With my first pregnancy, I gained like 35 lbs in the last trimester so I'm trying not to have a repeat!0
