A big Merry Christmas to all our challengers. Only a week left until this challenge ends and what a time of year it is to try and exercise self control. I am wishing everyone a happy holiday season, with joy, health and happiness. I plan to thoroughly enjoy my Christmas holiday and indulge in my favorite treats but not to excess. Plan to get activity in daily and drink lots of water. The plan is finish this challenge strong and be ready to hit the new year with my new goals for weight and fitness.
