Need a simple GF cream soup base recipe

We've been buying Pacific brand organic cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups for several years but I lost my local source. I could order them from Amazon but I would like to look at some other options first. Simple and quick would be best since this is for busy weeknights. Google is my next stop but I thought I would start with the knowledgeable and helpful folks here on the GF board.

I have not tried this one but saved it the other day as it looks like a decent and simple recipe. Progresso makes a canned gluten free cream of mushroom soup that is also good. It is not condensed but usually works fine in the recipes I've tried it with.

Thanks for the link. That looks pretty simple... Even I might be able to pull that off without making too big of a mess
