Fitbit flex not wanting to charge

Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone else is having an issue of the flex not wanting to charge in the dock? I have tried cleaning with toothpick and restarting it but i still will not charge by just placing it in there. I have to hold it in awkward spots and such and it takes forever because i have to monitor it...please help thanks!!!

Contact Fitbit customer service: http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs They'll walk you through the troubleshooting steps, then replace your tracker if it's defective.0

I had the same problem with mine. I put a large paperclip around it to hold it all the way into the charger, it works for me!0
