If your name and info has not already been entered on the spreadsheet, then enter your info at the bottom of the list. Do not worry about putting your name in alphabetical order. We will fix it later. This is important so that the formulas remain intact.

Could someone update me on the ss? I can't edit with the iPad . No progress yet for me, but I was pretty sore from a new workout so I hope I'm just retaining water in sore muscles.

Wahoo I didn't realize I can enter my numbers on the spreadsheet! SO cool...and 4.7 pounds down. Spreadsheet magic for those of us non computer types! I have a kind of geeky question. Is it possible to tally total pounds lost each weigh in week and post? I would like to know how we are doing as a group! Nothing more motivating than seeing success
