Ok here we are another has gone by some of us have made great strides, some have stayed the same and some well you know better luck next time. With the holidays behind us and the new year approaching, how will make this year different? What are some resolutions that you will stick to this year? For me I am living by one simple phrase. "If you want to do better then be better"
