Eh. What to say. Lotro player (landy). Did my stint in wow... left. Finished Dr who and torchwood on Netflix (yeah... there's years worth of older episodes, I know) aaannnnddd yeah. I'm one of those "know a lot about nothing, a little about most everything" types. I'm sure there's other nerdom randomness to me.
Super power is to offend with bluntness!! (Despite having no idea how to phrase things with icing and gummy bears)

As much as I love John Barrowman, I was disappointed by Torchwood. It was cool at first but then it was just one long downer storyline focused on a character I didn't like played by a really unappealing actor.
I still like Dr Who even though Moffat is trying to wreck it.

Welcome!I still like Dr Who even though Moffat is trying to wreck it.
Moffat makes me sad. I'm behind on this newest season cause I'm so reluctant to watch it (and have been for a few seasons, but I trudged through the last couple). The show has become a bit of a chore to watch for me, but I imagine I'll keep giving it a shot until it picks up again.

I feel the same - I'm in because I love Peter Capaldi. If you don't mind a ton of swearing, check him out in 'The Thick of It". He's amazing. But Moffat seems to think that 'random' = 'mysterious' and that once the phrase 'timey-wimey' was uttered, no more logical consistency has been needed, ever, which does not work for me.
