Hi one and all! I'm lindagrimm904, I've been here for 31 days. I just left Weight Watchers, due to financial problems and they weren't helping me! My Son said try My Fitness Pal, I'd heard of it and I said how much does it cost, he said it's free. So I thought I'll give it a try. I really like this plan. You get more calories, the more you exercise. I'm a diabetic 2. I'm having trouble with my sugar. I use to take meds, no more. I can't seem to keep it up. I use to take my sugar twice a week, now I take it before each meal. This morning it was 72. Some people would say that's good, but by lunch it will be about 80, which is entirely too low. My goal is to get to 150. I'd like to get there by the end of April, when I go back to Indiana, where I live, if I don't, that's ok! When sugar drops, I get really tired. My Son is the only child I have, I have a Sister and a Brother-in-Law, two Nephews and a Niece. My Parents are both deceased. Of course, my Grandparents are deceased. I have Cousins in Indiana, only one I'm kind of close to. I better quit sharing before I write a declaration. I hope everyone has a blessed Lord's Day! lyl!

    My name is Laci, and I am a 31-year-old mother of two beautiful babies (age one and four.) I am a District Manager with Arbonne International, and I also work full time as a marketing director for The Mosquito Authority.

    My "next-level" health goals are to stress less, get more exercise and eat clean. I'd like to lose about 30 pounds in the process! ;) I intend to do that with YOGA, YOGA, YOGA and combining Arbonne's nutrition supplements (like protein shakes) with whole foods.

    So here are my goals for right this moment:

    1. Go to a yoga class at my local studio at least 4 times per week.
    2. Protein shakes for breakfast and lunch with lots of healthy snacks for this still-nursing mama.
    3. Fill my calendar with only the important stuff so I can cook, play with my kids and relax more.
