Hi all -
I am 41 busy mum of 7. I care for one of my children who has a physical disbility. I also Run my own business but despite never ever stopping I am so overweight. I need to lose 33kg which i think is 75ish pounds.

7?! Wow you have your hands full. I have one and think it is hard work! I have 19 kg to go and happy to share my journey with you for motivation, inspiration and venting : )0

Hi ladies. I am back (again), and recommitting to a healthy lifestyle. I am 40 years old, and married to the love of my life for nearly 18 years. I have three children who keep me extremely busy, but I wouldn't trade my life for the world. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have lost so much weight over the years, but of course, gained it back. I am tired of the roller coaster. I would love to encourage others and be encouraged.
