Non step tracking with Jawbone

Does anyone know how to track weight lifting, push ups, sit ups with the Jawbone Up app?
Basically any non step type of exercise because when I enter it on MFP there is no deduction for calories burned just a log of what was done.

    Log exercise in the UP app by tapping the orange tab in the middle, then the + at upper right. Or from the home screen, hit the blue + at the very bottom, then the orange running man.

    I always use the stopwatch function (tap, then press and hold to start/end) and go in later to log the actual activity.
