So far I have been happy with the tracking that it does, however, I am confused by a few things.

1. I followed the instructions to sync to MFP but I am not showing that the information is being transferred to either.
2. The only options that FB is giving to log activity is walking, running, swimming or cycling. I would like to be able to track the calories burned while lifting weights. Any suggestions? Do I just go by MFP?
3. On my FB app it has a calories burned goal of 2184. When I go to the FB dashboard it says I should eat 1980. This is less than my TDEE. What is the difference in the two?

Can anyone offer some insight to this?
