Am joining this group. This looks like it's the first thread. Excited to start. Actually, I already have...5th day of exercise >45 minutes. Look forward to see how we all do.

I am going to join this group fi I can, I think I joined for January but I was confused by all the different threads. I think I got it now. I also confused about people not being able to access database from an iphone or ipad. I do it everyday at work.0
