Hope everyone is getting back on track! New show on Thursday. The second part of the Hawaii trip!
I know I have learned a lot from being in the challenge and I plan on losing 30lbs in the New Year.
Once my family gets back in their routine on Monday I plan on getting back to exercising on a regular basis. This will work best for me in the morning. I gave up alcohol 3 weeks ago and I do not plan to drink again until I reach my goal of 140lbs. I have my eating straight and have lost my holiday weight. Hopefully it just will be losing weight from here.
What have you learned? What can you change to be more successful in your weight lose journey?
