I didn't get to the exercise challenge today but I did cut refined sugars, grains, and artificial sweeteners and I ate a real breakfast.0

I love this Dance Challenges (Of course Dance is one of my passions )
Non-exercise Challenge seem to go hand in hand with what I need to do any way

I am trying to cut out artificial sweetener - I only use it in coffee but it is hard
- Not a big dance girl - but I like zumba so I can commit to that
Jan 7th - Real breakfast

Jan 9th - Real Breakfast - meatless except a snack

The week slipped by and I didn't complete the dance challenge. And I love dancing too. However, I did get in a few extra walks, and lots of snow shoveling. Gotta love Canada in the winter.!
As for the non-exercise challenge I seldom eat refined sugars and ate only whole grains, seldom use artificial sweetener, ate a real breakfast everyday, had one completely meatless day and ate two additional vegetarian meals. All that, and my weight stayed the same.
