Exercise challenge: burn 600 calories a day for 5 of the 7 days. Try to reach 3600 burned for the entire week.
Non-exercise Challenge: no junk!! No fast food, no candy, no cookies, no donuts, no chips, no chocolate, no ice cream, no soda, no white bread, no refined sugar, no cake, no sugary drinks. This is not a pick a choose! Do not have any of these items this week!

The Junk food challenge I will miss today. My boys are taking me out for a mom and son date night. We are going for pizza. But I will be back on track tomorrow.0

The non exercise I starting on from today. Didnt make it yesterday due to some chips
I know 600 cal a day will be hard but shall try. Yesterdays burn is 561 so have to be one of the days under0 -
No pizza night. My boys got called into work. So we are a go!0

Feb 9: Burned 700 today. Had some popcorn to get it out of the house without wasting it. Rest of my day was healthy.0 -
Feb 10: healthy eating. Got my steps in, but didn't work out. My body is telling me it needs rest.0

Feb 9 and 10. Bha did take a glas of pepsi max with my hubby since he was home in the middle of the week. So not made the non exercise

Feb 10 burned 89 cals. Feb 11 burned 129 cals. Ate healthy. No junk. My body is still not feeling ready to work out.0
