Exercise Challenge:
do 20 minutes of cardio every day. If you need a cardio routine try doing 1 minute of jump rope, 1 minute of plank jacks, 50 high knees, 15 burpees, 5 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 1 minute of squat punches and then repeat!
Non-exercise Challenge:
eat 5 cups of fruit and veggies each day
relax for 10 minutes a day, take time for yourself, try to get 7 hours of sleep a night

I do like this Challenge
Had 80 min of hiking in deep snow yesterday. So pling on the exercise Challenge-
Not sure how much a cup is ... But had a Orange and a salad on side when eating dinner (2/3 or my dinner normaly is weggies). Got a little more then 7 hours sleep but have to put in that 10 min of relaxing from today0 -
Had over 7hrs sleep, more than 10mins relaxing, still cant exercise yet tho.0

Feb 15: 1 cup blueberries, 2 cups spring mix, 2 cups brussel sprouts, 1/2 cup grapes. Relaxed while watching Being Human with my hubby. Didn't get 7 hrs sleep. Sleep and I haven't been friends this past week. 25 minutes of cardio this morning. (Pilate's, Dance and Calisthenics)0

did fruit in my oatmeal, a fruit smoothie, vegies in the stirfry, and an apple.0 -
day 2. One Orange, some grapes, and one carrot, got just abow 7 hour sleep, got around 10 min relaxing and had more then 20 min cardio exercise0

I sure have to work on getting earlyer in bed, have under 7 hour sleep for 3 Nights now O.o
Weggies and fruit is okey and Yeah have to work on the relaxing part too0 -
