Hi everyone!
after a difficult pregnancy but thankfully easy labour I am now ready to start the long road back to getting my pants to fit once again.
I had planned to do really well with this pregnancy to stay active and fit but nature had different plan for me. Early in the pregnancy I was diagnosed with DPS and with in a few months the pain was so bad that i was put on bed rest (not that i could get out of bed without help anyway) so there went my daily walks and my motivation to be good when i was in so much pain.
Now its been four months since the birth and we have a healthy and happy baby boy, and I am up running after my older son and slaving to every whim of the new baby.
I get to the gym when I can, and when the weather is good we go for walks (so much snow!) but mostly I get my exercise by racing around the house after the kids and dance parties before bed.
I big issue is getting my eating habits back up to something a little more healthy. This app helped me so much with my first pregnancy that it was a no brainer to come back with this one.
I'd love to get lots of friends here to help motivate me back to shape and help you do the same =]
