For those of you who have checked out my blog, I wanted to add some pictures but couldn't figure it out. I'm adding them to this thread.
Please visit my blog if you haven't stopped by already. Let me know if you've started one.
I need to set small goals for myself, or else I feel that I won't keep myself motivated. I added a sticker on my family calender. Giving myself a little pat on the back!
I mentioned in my blog that the most visible change I can see is that my posture has improved. Not a big change in weight or size, though.
Thanks for your support. I find posting these photos very daunting.

How do you write a blog? Is it like a journal? I've never written one before.0

You go into your MFP "My Home" at the top of the page, under that you wills see "Home, Goals, Check-in, Mail, Profile, My Blog" etc... Select "My Blog" and then it will tell you what to do from there.
Hope that was helpful! Let me know when you start making entries. I'll check it out.

Hi everybody! I'm a bit late this time around... I have been feeling very sluggish this week.
Anyways, here are the photos! Am I seeing a line in my tummy? Are those abs? Hahaha... Probably not, but it's a good goal to aim for! Please enjoy Bee and Puppycat at the bottom.

Hi Everybody!
I have finished my first 30 Day Challenge today. Please check out my blog for more info ~
Here are the pics of my progress:
I'm so happy that I was able to stick to this exercise regimine for 30 days. I'll be doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred starting tomorrow. I have lost 25cm from around my body, and I want to continue to lose that kind of weight. I only lost 1 kg the whole time (and gained it back in the middle from poor diet!).
Please read my blog~ give me any tips or advice you think I may need. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
