Walk to Fitness! A Challenge You Can Do with a Buggy :)

So you're just starting out or looking for a way to ease yourself back into it after the Christmas break or after having a baby? How about a walking challenge? Do you think you could you walk for roughly an hour a day, everyday for a month?
