I like Matt Fitzgerald. I bought his Racing Weight book a couple of weeks ago and also his cookbook. I've been checking out his website too and also played around with his Ideal Race Weight calculator. I figured out that I am at my ideal racing weight and body composition, so I know I've been doing the right things. I did find that his recommended macros for my ideal weight are too low. Basically, I would have to restrict myself to 1200 calories per day not to go over those macros, and there is no way I could survive on that and still run (or even not run). So, I've been sticking with my usual eating regime and everything is working out just fine.0
