Got a 5-day challenge from a buddy of mine and it was a good discipline! We're going to try mine this coming week. I hope everyone is doing great ... don't give up!

Ok for me, I think I got it turned around not that the holidays are gone. Also was sick a few days and that likely caused part of the drop.

crvygrl, Happy Anniversary to you. Take it one day at a time and forget yesterday.. it's gone and can't be changed now.... Focus on today and make it a good one!

Carl - our 2 five-day challenges went well - really worth it. We designed menus for each other and then both followed them (him for 1 week, me for 1 week). We've been tracking each other since last March but this is the first time we tried this. Worked really well as a motivator - - I recommend the approach. I hope you are feeling better!0
