Feeling so discouraged

It's one of those days I guess. I get on the scale and no loss.....I feel like if I am not eating super strict and exercising my *kitten* off then I sit at the same weight!!! I am just so frustrated and mad about it all

I know it can be frustrating but dont give up! Do you track your inches too or just weight? Whichever even if neither have changed, dont you feel better in yourself?. Healthier and the fact you actually did it, you actually ate nicely and worked out, yes you did that, so all in all it aint that bad you still achieved something in the fact you lost your lbs that you already have keep it up!

Just like Maggie said, on those days try to keep focus on the things that are going well. More energy, clothes fitting better, self awareness, better nutrition. One day at a time, you can do it!:flowerforyou:0

I completely echo what the others said. As hard as it is, try to focus on what is going right. Did you get your exercise in today? Drink your water? Well, those are both accomplishments. And it's all these little things that will get us where we want to be.0
