What is Working/Has Worked for you?

Hi, all!

I'm in pretty good shape, but would like to lose about 10/15 pounds before my wedding in October.

The number isn't huge, but I'm mostly worried about my body shape, not the weight. I want to make sure my arms/chest are toned for the big day, but not sure if I should be lifting a lot of heavy weights, light weights, or just doing lots of cardio. Should I be focusing more on one then the other?? I'm not even sure where I should start.

I'm not too worried about the diet, but not sure on the working out part. Any help or suggestions for plans would be awesome! Thanks.
