Like many people, I'm sure many of us have slipped and slid a little during these winter months, and I'm looking to re-vamp the motivation factor!

Let's bring in the fun and the support! Reply to this post with your goals for 2015, and what plans you have made to help yourself achieve them :)

Me, I plan to extend my water drinking goals throughout the weekend (and make myself use my portable water filter, instead of being lazy and spending money!), increase my activity levels, and hopefully reach a triple digit loss in the first quarter/half of the year!
