I just wanted to take the time to wish a everyone happy new year. This is the time when we all usually make resolutions on what we plan to accomplish in the new year. I would guess for most of the people using this site, at least one of your resolutions is health related. I want to wish you a happy and healthy 2015!

I don't do resolutions, but I HAVE signed up for a half marathon in March... so my new year plans involve lots of running.
