Hey, everyone. This is going to be my food log for a weight loss challenge that I'm taking part in. Figuring out what to enter into MFP is really quite annoying, so I'm just going to take pictures and post them. No need to comment, this is mostly for me, but if you want to, be my guest!

Carol, I wouldn't imagine anything good for you could come from a taco bus!
Made a quick grilled lemon pepper chicken salad. It's not as big as it looks!

But TJ, why can't food from a taco bus not be good? It's a roast chicken...
By the way food trucks are extremely popular and trendy in my neck of the woods. A lot of them are "gourmet food truck" high quality ingredient and interesting menu choices

Thanks, Heron! I'm not saying a taco bus can't be healthy, it's just the image that comes to mind when I hear "taco bus" is that of a faded old ice cream van that you can still see where they painted over the ice cream stickers. Then, when you get your food, they just slop some funky looking meat next to a tortilla and some browning guacamole. I know there are good ones, I was just messing with Carol. I had the best Philly Cheese from a dude in a van!0
