Hey guys, anyone want to join me in diet bet? I just joined a 4 week challenge to lose 4%, everyone who does it splits the pot! I am really confident in getting this loss 
There is also a 10% in 6 months but I'm not THAT confident haha. If anyone is interested in joining the one I'm in, I can give you my 'invite' (people who get people to join under their name can win a n autographed book) or feel free to search the group "Get Lean in 2015 with Heidi & Chris Powell" because I really don't care about the book
