why won't my fitbit stay linked to mfp?

I have to unlink and relink it each time to get it to work. Any suggestions?

Disconnect via both apps. Delete both apps, then reinstall them. Reconnect via http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit.

If that doesn't work, contact both MFP & Fitbit customer service.
