New Years Goals - Not Resolutions.

I have set some measurable, short term goals for the New Year. I want to add 20 Pounds of Muscle by the end of next year and will start now. Also started cooking for myself more, got a pressure cooker for Christmas, and have also been juicing for the past two months.

Anyone else want to share some of their goals and be accountable!?

    I slacked on making a New Years Resolution. My goal, starting on January 12th is to lose 24lbs. As of right now, I am 6.2lbs away from my goal. Thankfully, I have the added motivation of my office weight-loss contest.

    After I reach that goal, I will determine if I want to get a little lower or start building.
