My wife and I have been working on losing weight for 6 months. She is down 30 lbs and I am down 60 lbs...I am to the point I feel is time to start working on building my muscle mass back up and getting tone. I don't want to get huge. .just defined and tone. I want to get to a point in not embarrassed to take my shirt off. I know to build muscle and burn the rest of the fat I need to feed my muscles. We have worked so hard to lose weight in scared to death to increase caloric intake for fear of gaining back the fat. Looking for people who are in the same boat. I know I'm not alone. And more importantly. Looking for people who have accomplished this transition successfully that can offer solid advise and pointers....
