Today I want to
1) drink plenty of water
2) take my vitamins
3) log everything. Good and bad I eat.
4) get my steps
5) plan my exercise schedule for the month

    Todays goals
    1. 10k steps (done - went to the rescue this morning)
    2. drink 10 glasses of water
    3. no more junk food (I ate 3 of my cupcake cookies and a truffle already today)
    4. star to declutter the chin room
