Finally cleared for workouts. Yay!

I had my surgery back in March 2014. Because of severe knee and ankle arthritis my doctors did not clear me for exercise until now. The only thing I was allowed to do was light yoga and stretching.

I have no idea how but I went from 327(pre-op)-237. That's 90 pounds just with a tiny bit of exercise. Now I'm going to start light Zumba for cardio and Power 90 for strength exercise.

If you have any other suggestions please send them my way. I'm a bit worried about the skin.
