I've been on this site for sometime - dipping in and out, mostly for recording food and exercise. I have read some of the discussions, but haven't posted anything before. Would welcome some friends/motivation to start me on my journey.

    Yesh, i'm from Birmingham (well, Tamworth but its as good as Birmingham!) Been on here a while but never made use of the forum/groups function!
