Notice no one had started the thread for today.
Today will be my day of rest and preparation for the week. After church will take inventory of my needs for food for the week and purchase only what I need. I learned a while ago about going to the grocery store on an empty stomach and will make sure I don't make that mistake. This week's meals will mostly be fish and chicken for meat with lots of fruits and vegetables. As I love rice will try to cut back this week.

I'm not usually here on the weekends, but I actually had my laptop on.
Yesterday was a good day. I hit my goals, even though we went to the movies and out to eat. Planning ahead is the key.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps

Climbed a bunch of hills yesterday during sledding and my legs need a break today
Scale is back to pre New Years weight so all in all a good day to bask in my glory.
