well it snowed here last night and now it is raining which is turning to freezing rain. today is my last day of vacaction tomorrow i go back to work and in one Month my soon to be hubby leaves for year. In the year i want to lose the weight needed but I don't want to tell him or send him pics of me I want it to be a surpise for when he gets home from his deployment.
My goals for today are:
bring in wood....3 arms fulls later it is done
Dishes
Laundry not just wash but fold
Dinner
Lunches for tomororw for everyone
Treadmill need to at least walk on it if I can't run.. My hips are killing me from my crappy bed
Relax the rest of the day if nothing else comes up
Hope everyone has a great day.

We have the same weather here in Montreal. That's kind of depressing, but there's a lot to do inside!
Goals for today
1) Log accurately and go back to my usual eating routine (Holidays and stomach bug had not help for this)
2) Workout: I want to do one DVD from hubby's T25 package... I told him to pick up is favorite workout, and he choose the one called Total Boby Workout, which is supposed to be full of squats. After, I'll do my usual aerobics routine, or some yoga, if I'm too tired.
3) Complete Assignment 1 from Apartment Therapy January 2015 Apartment Cure (which is: wash every floor in the apartment)
4) Cook something for snacks at work (soup and mini corn muffins, maybe)
That's it. Still a big day today.0 -

Goodness, guys! You've got it cold! It's rainy here in Georgia (9 inches in the past 2 weeks, I believe) and warmish. The cold is coming to my neck of the Deep South later in the week: 16 for the low, 36 for the high - perhaps balmy by your standards.
Just returned from a decadent birthday brunch for my beau's awesome son. I logged everything - nearly 900 calories!
Today I will:
Ride my exercise bike for at least an hour
Drink a gallon of water
Log everything as accurately as possible
Finishing painting the guest room and floor
Read
Update my "to do" list for the week
Have a lovely Sunday, everyone!0 -
Its been rainy here in NY as well or at least on long island. Its a lazy day which I hope just be able to curl up on and couch and catch up on Arrow with my husband. That is once I go pick up the sushi I ordered Didnt feel like cooking today so its my order out day.
1. stay under calories
2. get to bed at a decent time (early day tomorrow for work
3. drink 10 glasses of water0 -
We had similar weather here in Chicago as the first two posts--freezing rain yesterday that turned to snow overnight and off and on today. It's just about to plummet to around zero, can't wait. I get to walk home in it, oh joy! /sarcasm
I should have posted this sooner--always forget over the weekend, but this was my first fully official holidays are over day. I'm ready to get back to it, so I'm going to be a bit more strict than usual for a while. My goals were:
1) Get up early for new Computrainer class (biking class using our bikes and trainers hooked up to computers--it was fun to get to ride my real bike despite the horrible weather).
2) Stay within calories and stop with the desserts (and all the chocolates and other extras that are still at my office from the holidays). Log as perfectly as possible.
3) Get to bed at a reasonable hour and get 6 hours of sleep (I have a few January goals to post on my page in lieu of resolutions, and trying to get at least 6 hours a night is one of them. Managed 4 last night, so not off to a great start).
4) Related to the above--no coffee or tea (except maybe decaf) after noon and take a break from diet soda. To help with this I'm going to keep track of my water more carefully than I usually do.
5) Take a couple minutes to journal before bed.0 -
I like the "journaling before bed," lemurcat. I want to devote some time to writing this year, and the idea of journaling before bed sounds like a good way to make that happen. Thanks for the inspiration - again!0
