Bonus question: did I try something new? Yes, I added coconut oil and unsalted butter to my morning coffee and i love how it makes my coffee creamy without using cream0 -

Did you stay under your calorie limit? YES. But I keep eating back some of the calories I have exercised off b/c I'm hungry at the end of the day. I've been in the bad habit of having an evening snack for a long time. Does anyone have any tips for overcoming nighttime hunger pangs? Maybe just going to bed earlier?
Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES. 65 minutes on the exercise bike.

Frazz - I love dark chocolate kisses. BUT that's the kind of thing that I think is killing my weight loss when I'm not tracking b/c I don't pay attention to the little bites of this or that in between meals. Good job going back and entering those things!

Calories - yes I was under which I'm pretty proud of. I finished work early and was so tempted to snack but managed to resist eating until dinner.
Activity - no, but I'm doing a lot today so wanted a rest0 -

Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? YES.
Did you stay under your calorie limit? NO, I went a little bit over. But I'm still counting it as a small victory because I made a better choice of have a mug of cocoa at the end of the day rather than the large Toblerone bar that I got out of the pantry and then put back.
