    Calories - need to really watch my sodium intake! But did really well with my proteins.
    Cardio/late night at the gym! NO EXCUSES!!!!!!!!

    Bonus question: did I try something new? Yes, I added coconut oil and unsalted butter to my morning coffee and i love how it makes my coffee creamy without using cream :smiley:

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? YES. But I keep eating back some of the calories I have exercised off b/c I'm hungry at the end of the day. I've been in the bad habit of having an evening snack for a long time. :\ Does anyone have any tips for overcoming nighttime hunger pangs? Maybe just going to bed earlier? ;)

    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES. 65 minutes on the exercise bike.

    Tracked - Yes!
    Calories - NO --- but have made some slight improvements in my food selections.
    Activity - Power walked in this FREEZING FREEZING FREEZING Jersey weather today!

    Ms_Enzo and Nicolejo - special kudos to you and your workouts!

    Frazz - I love dark chocolate kisses. BUT that's the kind of thing that I think is killing my weight loss when I'm not tracking b/c I don't pay attention to the little bites of this or that in between meals. Good job going back and entering those things!

    Tracked - yes although had to guess slightly as I didn't cook myself
    Calories - yes I was under which I'm pretty proud of. I finished work early and was so tempted to snack but managed to resist eating until dinner.
    Activity - no, but I'm doing a lot today so wanted a rest

    1) I tracked everything-yes, everyday.
    2) I was under my calorie limit- only one day
    3) I was active for 20 minutes-yes, everyday but Sunday.

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? NO, I went a little bit over. But I'm still counting it as a small victory because I made a better choice of have a mug of cocoa at the end of the day rather than the large Toblerone bar that I got out of the pantry and then put back. ;)

    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? YES, 40+ minutes of walking.

    Today 1.no 2. Yes even though I didnt track everything I know I was under 3. Yep more zumba and totally felt the effect the 30 min ab workout had on my core today
