    Hi there,
    I have just joined MFP, but already heavily into it. There seems to be very few MFPers in Scotland, or are they all hiding somewhere? I am half way through a weight loss and body conditioning programme, and everything is on schedule.

    If you want, count me as a buddy, as my friends say I am very supportive.
