MFP Apps & Devices not working

I received a new FitBit Charge for Christmas and want to replace the FitBit Force that is currently in my account. I was able to update it on FitBit Online and the App with no issue but in MFP when I go to Apps & Devices it says "Alert-Failed to load app data" and Dismiss is the only option. It also does this is I try and go in through the Settings, Steps, Add a Device option.
Please help.

Disconnect on MFP side.
Disallow on Fitbit side.
Reset up on MFP side just like first time.
If you do this from web accounts, have the apps NOT running.
If you do this from the apps, do not be signed in via the web accounts.0
