January 2015 Goals, Anyone?

I'm deep in the middle of training for my first Half Marathon, so running 5 days a week. It's really cutting into my cycling!

I have put on 5 lbs in the last few months, so need to reign in my eating again.

ETA: Is there any easy way to send out a group message to all members? Trying to think of ways to get this group more active!

    Not sure about msge...I had a car crash about 6 months ago and put on about 12lb( give or take a lb).I am doing the c25k and now have a vivofit. Would like to lose 3/5 lbs in January

    Hi everyone would be brill if we could send out a mass msg and get everyone back on here again, Maybe someone can put on one of the mail msg boards about this group and get some new members in.

    Well I am glad Christmas and new year are over and done with and I can get back to normal really determind to get the weight off this year. Want to loose 8lb in jan if I can.
